Sharing and groups
Locator visibility
Your locator has one of three visibility modes:

Who changes the mode
Visibility is set by Stockisto staff, not from your supplier admin. Ask your Stockisto contact to switch your locator to Public when you are ready to go live, or to Private if you need it taken down at once.
Retailer groups
Groups let you carve your network into subsets, for example "Showroom partners" or a regional cut. Manage them under Groups (/network/groups). A group is either Manual (a hand-picked list) or Automatic (every retailer whose locations carry a chosen service tag). See the Retailer network guide for how to create them.
Filtering the locator by group
Groups do not appear as a filter control in the locator. Instead, you share a locator URL that carries the group ID:

The group detail page shows the ID with a Copy ID button and the ready-made snippet. Use one URL per group on the pages where you want that subset shown.
Featured stores
To show a store first in locator results, open Locator config and pick it under Featured stores. Search the list, tick the stores you want, and save.
Featuring only changes sort order. A featured store gets no badge and no separate section.
Feature a handful of stores at most. When every store sorts first, none does.
Claim links for retailers
A retailer who claims their listing can edit it and read their own analytics in a free Stockisto retailer account.
To give a retailer a claim link: open Retailers, find the store, and click Create claim link. When the button reads Claim link ready, copy the link and send it to the store yourself. Stockisto does not email claim invites on your behalf today.
Sharing content with retailers
Sharing grants (sharing content, branding, or price lists with selected retailers) are not enabled on accounts today. The Sharing page stays hidden until your account is switched on for it.
